JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Director of Hospital Services, the Hospital Services Coordinator (HSC) I serves as a liaison between Texas Organ Sharing Alliance (TOSA) and partner hospitals to develop a donation infrastructure, create donation awareness, marketing, visibility, and relationship building. The HSC I will ensure compliance of policies, regulations, and hospital agreements. WORK SCHEDULE: The Hospital Service Coordinator I is a full-time position. Normal office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The employee may occasionally have to work evenings or weekends as needed.
