About The Position

DaVita has an open position for a Hospital Services Administrator who must be an ambitious, operationally-focused and results-driven leader. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required! The Hospital Services Administrator is responsible for overseeing the administration and coordination of services to licensed Acute and Sub-Acute Care Programs in the Hospital Services Group. This role focuses on building proficiency in managing hospital programs, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
  • Proven ability to adeptly manage multiple priorities.
  • Capacity to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate and lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to cover multiple locations which requires some local travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare management.
  • Background in nursing, dietetics, social work, or as an LPN.
