About The Position
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is seeking a Hospital Security Supervisor I to oversee, coordinate, and evaluate the work of security staff. Additional duties include training, hiring, implementing disciplinary action, and completing work performance evaluations. Hospital Security Supervisors ensure implementation of departmental policies and procedures, ensure proper staffing, and ensure subordinates function in a manner that promotes exemplary customer service, with an emphasis on safety of the employees, patients and visitors.
