About The Position

Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin and make a difference at American Family Children's Hospital as a Hospital Operations Partner. This full-time position involves leading project management efforts for children's hospitals U.S. News & World Report survey, utilizing quality improvement methodology and change management expertise to support continuous improvement. You will analyze and interpret benchmarking data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and bring your knowledge of clinical quality registries to the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Science, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Four (4) years of relevant quality improvement experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 3 years of related experience in applying process improvement and project management skills
  • One (1) year of experience with coaching teams and facilitating quality improvement or three (3) years of experience working in patient care or a related job in a healthcare setting

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Health Science, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Evidence of managing a portfolio of improvement projects
  • Experience facilitating quality improvement in a healthcare setting
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
