About The Position

Vernon Memorial Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Hospital Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy services in a hospital setting. This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates. This full-time leadership role is responsible for all aspects of pharmaceutical usage, compliance, and safety, while serving as a trusted resource for providers and patients. You'll oversee a talented team, manage budgets and inventory, and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations. Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Maintain active licensure as a Pharmacist in the State of Wisconsin
  • Have current CPR certification
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage team workflows
  • Maintain confidentiality in all patient and hospital matters
  • Proficiency in federal and state pharmaceutical regulations, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills for collaborating with physicians, nurses, patients, and vendors are essential
  • Comfort with computerized systems, report generation, and performing complex mathematical and chemical analyses is required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory experience and hospital pharmacy practice are strongly preferred
