About The Position

Evaluates for appropriate drug, dose, allergies, interactions, and incompatibilities. Monitors levels of therapeutic drugs. Performs and supervises computer data entry related to patient profile. Monitors all medication dispensing for accuracy. Supervises filling of all prescriptions and provides appropriate patient counseling. Collects and analyzes data for process improvement projects. Performs in-service to community and support groups. Performs other duties as assigned. May be required to work alternate shifts. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Program
- Wisconsin Registered Pharmacist License or eligible
- Excellent interpretive/analytical skills for pharmaceutical applications
- Strong accuracy skills
- Computer experience
Nice To Haves
- Hospital Pharmacy experience or residency preferred
