Hospital Pharmacist - Full Time Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Pharmacist for a hospital coverage assignment in the Tulsa, OK area. This role will support daily pharmacy operations, clinical review, and medication management in an inpatient setting. Requirements

  • Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License in good standing
  • Inpatient hospital experience required
  • Experience with EPIC preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medication safety, clinical dosing, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

  • Order verification and clinical review
  • Medication dispensing and distribution
  • Medication therapy monitoring, including drug interactions and dosing
  • Pharmacokinetic dosing and clinical support
  • Medication reconciliation and discharge counseling
  • Collaboration with providers and healthcare staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with pharmacy regulations
