The primary responsibilities include pre-registering accounts in Epic, scheduling appointments in Medilinks, and monitoring all schedules throughout the day to backfill cancellations and add extra visits as requested by therapists. Additionally, the role requires managing all incoming patient referrals from phone, fax, and computer systems, ensuring they are processed within 48 hours. Other clerical duties may be assigned as needed. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills are necessary for this role. Candidates should also possess computer skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and prior medical office or call center experience is desired.
