This job supervises and directs the work of up to 30 employees in accomplishing the housekeeping services of the hospital interior and related hospital properties, as well as coordinating these activities with other departments. This job - Zone Operations assumes responsibility for the 24/7 seamless service of assigned staff, annual performance assessments and disciplinary actions, departmental training, orientation of new employees, overall professional development of staff, and monitoring of area assignments to ensure all are maintained in a safe, clean, aseptic and operationally-effective condition.
