About The Position

Requirements

• At least grade school education, prefer high school diploma or GED
• MN Nursing Assistant Certification is preferred, or willing to assist with obtaining CNA
• CPR/BLS preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and nursing care for the patient in accordance with the patient's plan of care
• Ensure patients are in a safe environment
• Carry out daily assignments as assigned
• Stay informed of and provide care in accordance with Lakewood's policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team to ensure all patient needs are met and daily tasks are completed
• Provide a caring environment to patients and families by listening to their needs
