Job Summary Position will participate in multi-disciplinary rounds, facilitate patient satisfaction escalations, review quality metrics, conduct quality audits, monitor dashboards, play an active role in case management discharge planning and participate in continuous quality improvement with external referral sources, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, healthcare professionals, families and patients.
