We’re seeking a Nocturnist to join our program in Norfolk, Virginia — someone who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a balanced practice environment. 🩺 The Role 100% Nights Schedule 6p-6a, Rotating 7 on/7off Assist with night coverage and low acuity admissions Comprehensive Benefits and Retirement package Malpractice and Tail coverage $10,000 Commencement Bonus $5,000 Retention Bonus following years 2 and 3 $3,000 Annual CME allowance $5,000 Annual QPI Bonus $10,000 Student Loan Reimbursement Program Fully integrated EHR (Epic)
