About The Position
As Hospital Manager, you will partner closely with the Medical Director to oversee the daily operations of the hospital, support team development, and ensure an exceptional client and patient experience.
Requirements
- Previous leadership or management experience (veterinary preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and coach team members
- Financial acumen and comfort with KPIs and reporting
- Passion for supporting quality medicine and team growth
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing veterinary support team
- Oversee hospital operations, workflow, and scheduling
- Manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention
