About the Role As our hospital manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving the overall success of the hospital. You’ll oversee daily operations, support and develop your team, manage financial performance, and ensure an exceptional experience for every client and patient. You’ll work in partnership with regional leadership and our veterinary team to foster a positive, productive work environment focused on teamwork and compassionate care.

Requirements

• Proven experience in veterinary or healthcare practice management with strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams
• Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, inventory control, and payroll administration
• A passion for animals and a dedication to creating an environment that supports both patient care and team well-being

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of veterinary technicians and support staff, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth
• Streamline workflows, optimize hospital processes, and maintain a high standard of patient care and customer service
• Oversee hospital budgets, payroll, inventory, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth and success
• Ensure every client receives compassionate, personalized service that reflects our commitment to excellence
