Requirements

  • Previous management or leadership experience in a veterinary hospital or medical setting preferred
  • Strong people-management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, payroll, or performance metrics a plus
  • Passion for animal care and team development

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support hospital staff to promote engagement, accountability, and retention
  • Oversee daily hospital operations, workflows, and scheduling
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members
  • Ensure exceptional client service and address client concerns professionally
  • Monitor financial performance including payroll, revenue, and expenses
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with veterinarians to align operational goals with high-quality medical care
