About The Position

As the Veterinary Hospital Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the success of the hospital, working closely with our doctors, hospital team, and Regional Manager to create a positive, collaborative environment where both team members and clients feel supported. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, help develop and mentor team members, and ensure the hospital runs smoothly and efficiently while delivering an exceptional client and patient experience. From managing hospital finances to optimizing workflows and strengthening team culture, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the hospital’s growth and overall success. Veterinary industry experience is preferred, but not required, and while clinical or technical veterinary skills are a great bonus, they are not a requirement for success in this role. This is a full-time leadership position averaging 40 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Experience: Veterinary industry experience and clinical skills are a plus, but not required. We’re looking for a strong leader with proven management experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive operational efficiency.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and presentation skills to engage both the team and clients.
  • Financial: knowledge in financial management, including revenue control, inventory oversight, and payroll administration is an asset.
  • Passion: A genuine love for animals and an unwavering dedication to providing them with optimal care.
