About The Position
VCA Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager to join the leadership team at our 2 doctor small animal practice. The role demands a leader with the interpersonal and organizational skills to continue achieving our goals of delivering excellent patient care and customer service to our clients. The successful candidate's strong financial and operations acumen will be put to good use. Veterinary technician experience is a plus. The Hospital Manager will work under the guidance of the Regional Management team and will perform a wide range of administrative duties related to the hospital, including mentoring of staff, overseeing business operations, quality of patient care and client service to ensure a profitable operation of the practice.
