About The Position

Springfield Animal Hospital of Virginia is seeking an experienced management professional to join our leadership team as Hospital Manager. The successful candidate will share our commitment to provide exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. The Hospital Manager's role in collaboration with the Regional Manager is to maximize the productivity profitability and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
• Grasp of and daily management of revenues, inventory, and payroll.
• Two or more years of management and business operations experience.

Nice To Haves

• Prior veterinary hospital management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Operational oversight of the hospital including leadership team of technicians and receptionists.
• Managing financial and business development of the practice including managing a budget and key performance indicators.
• Overseeing client care and ensuring client loyalty by demonstrating and training exceptional client service.
