Requirements

  • Associate’s degree.
  • Additional years of experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Pharmacy Certified Technician, Certified Radiology Technician, or Certified Respiratory Therapist.
  • 1 year of experience in the related healthcare field.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
  • Licensure in home state; Compact licensure.
  • Informatics experience.
  • Master's degree in healthcare, business, or healthcare-related field desired.

Responsibilities

  • The Hospital Informatics Analyst ensures organizational success by actively participating in the planning, development, implementation, education, and training of clinical and operational documentation.
  • This role will focus on operational excellence by improving work and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes, ensuring organizational needs are met, and delivering high-quality services to stakeholders.
