Hospital Housekeeping - 1st Shift
About The Position
This position supports a healthcare facility by ensuring that all areas remain clean, sanitary, and welcoming for patients, visitors, and staff. The role plays an important part in maintaining a safe and professional environment through daily cleaning and housekeeping duties. The Janitorial/Housekeeping position is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Duties include cleaning discharge rooms, public areas, and offices according to assignments. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Dependable and able to work scheduled hours 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred
