HCA Florida Memorial Hospital is located in Jacksonville FL and is on University Blvd.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of Food service experience preferred, with restaurant, healthcare facility, or institutional food service experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall cleanliness and ware washing of the hospital kitchen.
• Assist with bulk tray delivery to specific departments and deliver trays back to cafeteria.
• Operate dish machine and record and maintain dish machine temp log.
• Clean dishes, distribute trays and service ware.
• Perform ware washing, trash pickup and disposal.
