DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician & Inventory Tech to provide hands-on dialysis care in a hospital setting. No dialysis experience required—just a passion for helping others. Requirements

  • Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
  • CCHT Dialysis Certificate Required
  • Reliable transportation, will be required to cover all locations
  • Comfort working with blood, needles, and medical equipment
  • Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina for long shifts (up to 12+ hours)
  • Flexibility to float between facilities as needed
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible

Nice To Haves

  • Previous healthcare experience a plus (CNA, MA, Phlebotomy, CHT, BONENT certified)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one dialysis care to patients with kidney disease
  • Monitor and record vital signs, set up dialysis machines, and observe treatment
  • Support patients physically and emotionally throughout their care
  • Educate patients on dialysis-related topics
  • Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
