About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Hospital Coordinator/Physician Liaison. In this Key In-person full-time or part-time position, you will play a crucial role managing various administrative tasks within the hospital-based practice and assisting with physician, guarantor, and hospital communication and problem resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to enhancing the overall patient experience.

Requirements

• One to two years healthcare related experience
• Dependable and detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality work.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated capability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all source documents for billing of our hospital-based services.
• Reconcile billing logs with facility census to ensure all services are accurately accounted for billing.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers regarding billing and coding matters.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians (hospital and office based), and the hospital administration/staff.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hospital leadership and clinical teams.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with teaching schools.
• Attend hospital and operational meetings as required to support alignment and workflow efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies across assigned hospital locations.
• Coordinate, create, and manage provider schedules for hospital rounds.
