The listed minimum pay reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time). Pay Range: $17.25 - $21.16 Position Overview Note - While a pay range is listed, the wage for this position is an hourly rate of $17.25 The Hospital Billing Staff Intern functions within an academy-style environment, balancing didactic instruction with hands-on technical system training. This role is expected to develop and sustain a foundational command of revenue cycle management and hospital billing protocols. Note: Candidates hired into this role MUST be able to commit to twelve (12) weeks of full-time training Monday through Friday with a total of 40 hours per week. 100% attendance is required at all classes and clinical assignments; make-ups will be permitted for a maximum of 16 hours of class time for emergency purposes only with NO EXCEPTIONS.
