Hospital Account Manager: Office Location: 6920 Parkdale Place Suite 110 Indianapolis IN, 46254 Travel: Required + Mileage Reimbursement ($0.48/Mile) Work Setting: Traveling to Accounts, Occasionally In-Office & WFH Annual Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/Year Bonus Potential: $9,000 - $25,000+/Year (Performance-Based Incentives Tied to SOC Referrals & Admissions) Total Compensation Potential: $74,000 - $100,00+/Year Position Summary: The Hospital Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing referral relationships within assigned acute care hospitals to drive Start of Care (SOC) referrals for home health services. Serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and hospital case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and clinical leadership. Success depends on consistent hospital presence, relationship building, service education, and measurable referral production.
