About The Position
Volunteers play a vital role in supporting patients, families, and staff by extending the resources of our organization. Under the guidance of the Volunteer Coordinator, volunteers may assist with administrative tasks, patient visits, bereavement support, and other duties based on current needs. Activities may take place in the office, patient homes, facilities, or other locations. Ready to Make a Difference? Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Completion of orientation and annual training
- Flexible volunteer hours based on assigned activities
- Professional, dependable, and courteous
- Maintains confidentiality and respects all individuals
- Willing to learn and take initiative
Nice To Haves
- Basic computer skills helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Administrative support (phones, filing, data entry)
- Patient visits and vigil care
