About The Position
The Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor provides spiritual support and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers in a hospice setting. This role involves conducting spiritual assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that the spiritual needs of patients are met in accordance with their beliefs and preferences. The counselor also participates in interdisciplinary meetings and provides bereavement support to staff as needed.
