About The Position
The Hospice Social Worker at Angelic Hospice is responsible for providing a wide range of psychosocial services to terminally ill patients and their families. This role involves conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and providing counseling and support related to grief and bereavement. The Social Worker works collaboratively with the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team to ensure that the psychosocial needs of patients and families are met with compassion and respect.
