Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited school of Social Work or related field.
• Valid license/registration or permit to practice in the state of agency operation.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance preferred.
• Licensed to practice as a clinical social worker in the state of agency operation if required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel to all business locations.
