About The Position

At AHN Healthcare@Home, in partnership with Allegheny Health Network, we are looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, Hospice Registered Nurses collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. AHN Healthcare@Home is an accredited recognized leader in home health and hospice. This full-time position supports patients in Sewickley, PA and surrounding areas. AHN Healthcare@Home makes it easier for patients to access a full range of customized healthcare services, in the privacy and comfort of their own homes. Through the AHN Healthcare@Home program, they help patients to maintain their independence and continue the healing process at home as long as possible. With home health, hospice, palliative, and infusion therapy services, as well as the delivery of medical equipment and supplies across the Allegheny Health Network, patients receive a seamless continuum of care, in a hospital, at an outpatient care center, at a doctor’s office, or at home.

Requirements

RN license in the state you work
Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
Two years of RN experience
Current driver’s license
ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
