About The Position

At Residential Home Health and Hospice (‘Residential’), we’re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. This position supports patients in Shippensburg, PA and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year! This position will also receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus within the first 30 days of employment. Full time schedule working 8am-8pm Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday.

Requirements

• RN license in the state you work.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
• Support patients in Shippensburg, PA and surrounding areas.
• Meet critical deadlines for charting.
• Self-manage time and schedule.
