Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care to patients and their families
• Offer education on disease progression, end-of-life care, self-care techniques, and nutrition
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Manage symptoms with expertise and empathy
• Document accurately, maintaining records of assessments, progress notes, care plans, and physician orders
