Practices according to the philosophy and policies/procedures of the community and State standards. Provides direction and leadership to care staff. Ovation Hospice is a patient- centered hospice community to providing high quality, compassionate end of life care with clinical integrity and respect. Our interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to support patients and families through end stage of the hospital journey, focusing on comfort, dignity, and honoring individual goals of care. Requirements

• Must have an unrestricted RN license valid in the state.
• Compassionate and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• Experience with end-of-life symptom management
• Knowledge of medicare hospice regulations and conditions of participation
• 1-2 years hospice experience
