About The Position
$10,000 sign on bonus with benefits DAY 1! Coverage Region: Hartford Hospice RN position summary Our hospice RNs use cutting edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional, compassionate care to patients with life-limiting or terminal illnesses in their homes. Hospice nurses are responsible for patient assessment, symptom control and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing education program
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
- One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse
Nice To Haves
- Hospice home care experience preferred but not required
