About The Position

Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice Must possess current CPR Certification 1 year of Hospice experience, strongly preferred Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, family members, visitors, agency personnel, and the general public Must be knowledgeable of quality assessment and assurance procedures Spanish or Polish speaking a plus. HOURS : (3) Rotating 12-hour Shifts 10am-10:30pm with Two Weekend Days Per Month (shift: 10am-10:30pm) Option 1 Rotation Week 1: Sunday / Wednesday / Thursday Week 2: Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday (This pattern would then repeat.) Option 2 Rotation Week 1: Monday / Tuesday / Friday Week 2: Monday / Friday / Saturday TERRITORY : Lake View, Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program
