About The Position

Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) - Milwaukee Area | Azura Hospice Be the calm, comfort, and care patients need most. At Azura Hospice , we walk alongside patients and families during life's most meaningful moments. We're looking for a Hospice RN who leads with compassion and wants to make a true difference every day. Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN license
• 1+ year nursing experience (hospice/home health a plus)
• A compassionate presence and strong clinical skills

Responsibilities

• Provide gentle, patient-centered hospice care
• Support and guide families with empathy and clarity
• Partner with a caring, interdisciplinary team
