We're seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our heartfelt team, delivering exceptional care to patients and support to their families in the Milwaukee Region. What You'll Do Provide Holistic Care: Deliver skilled nursing care, including pain management, symptom control, and emotional support, tailored to each patient's needs. Collaborate with Heart: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and chaplains, to create personalized care plans. Empower Families: Educate and support patients' loved ones, offering guidance and compassion during challenging times. Document with Care: Maintain accurate, timely records to ensure seamless care coordination. Be a Beacon of Comfort: Offer presence, empathy, and advocacy for patients in their home or facility settings.

Requirements

  • Active RN license in Wisconsin
  • Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience
  • A heart for end-of-life care, with strong emotional resilience and empathy.
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to travel locally to patient homes/facilities and work on-call shifts as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • BSN preferred but not required
  • hospice, palliative care, or home health experience is a plus.
