Requirements

Current RN license in the state of Arizona
1+ year of experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and emotional intelligence
A deep sense of compassion and a strong desire to make a difference
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current CPR certification
Valid TB test
Reliable transportation and active auto insurance

Nice To Haves

1+ year of experience in hospice or palliative care preferred

Responsibilities

Provide skilled, compassionate hospice nursing care in the home setting
Develop and implement individualized care plans with an emphasis on comfort and dignity
Administer medications and manage symptoms in collaboration with physicians
Support families with education, empathy, and clear communication
Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members including social workers, chaplains, and aides
Participate in rotating on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 care continuity
