Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position

We are seeking Full-Time Hospice RN Case Managers. As a RN Case Manager, you will: Visit with patients in their homes or nursing facility setting, providing assessment, teaching and skilled care Work with and receive support of other professionals to problem solve and update the patient's plan of care Other duties as assigned Our philosophy of Love, Care, and Understanding extends not only to our dear residents, but to our staff members. Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Missouri
- At least two years of hospice/palliative care experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills a must
- Must have reliable automobile, valid driver’s license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance
