Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse, with a preference for 1 year in Hospice Care.
  • Licensure: Must be a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania with valid CPR certification.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Transportation: Must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Perform thorough assessments to address the physical, emotional, and holistic needs of each patient.
  • Care Coordination: Develop personalized care plans that respect the preferences of patients and their families.
