About The Position
Hospice Registered Dietitian Role Overview Dependable Hospice is looking for a PT Registered Dietitian to join our compassionate care team. In this flexible, part-time role, you’ll support hospice patients and their families through thoughtful, individualized nutritional guidance. No hospice experience is required — we provide training and support to help you succeed. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Two years in a nutrition or dietary-related field (education and experience combinations considered)
- Arizona resident with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- ADA certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Complete nutritional assessments and create personalized care plans
- Provide education and guidance to patients and families around nutrition and meal planning
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and other care team members to support holistic care
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share nutrition-related insights
