About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is looking for an experienced Hospice RN Supervisor to lead clinical teams and ensure compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care. This role combines leadership, staff support, and hands-on clinical guidance.
Requirements
- BSN required (Master’s preferred)
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- 2–4 years in a supervisory role (hospice/home health preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
- Must pass medication administration assessment
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations and supervise RNs, LPNs, and Hospice Aides
- Manage patient admissions, eligibility, and care planning
- Review medications and ensure accurate reconciliation
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff training
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Provide guidance on pain and symptom management
- Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care
