About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Hospice RN Supervisor to lead clinical operations, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality end-of-life care while maintaining regulatory compliance. This role blends leadership, staff development, and direct patient care support.

Requirements

• Education: BSN required (Master’s preferred)
• License: Active MA RN license
• Experience: 2–4 years supervisory experience (hospice/home health preferred)
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and clinical documentation proficiency
• Must pass medication administration assessment

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinical operations and manage RNs, LPNs, and Hospice Aides
• Oversee patient admissions, eligibility, care planning, and medication reconciliation
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Provide guidance on pain and symptom management
• Lead interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate patient care
