About The Position
Iowa City Hospice is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to join our interdisciplinary team. Our Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our aide and nursing staff to ensure that all patient care is delivered in a compassionate, safe, and effective manner. This position supports field staff in the office Monday through Friday between 8 AM-5 PM, and includes a shared after hours support rotation with other leadership. Our team has a passionate understanding for the hospice philosophy. We have a great work culture and we look for people with a similar mindset.
