About The Position

The Hospice Marketer at All Generations Health Care, Inc. is responsible for promoting the hospice program in the Rio Grande Valley region. This role focuses on generating referrals through relationship-building with healthcare professionals and community resources, while also managing communication between doctors and the marketing team to enhance patient engagement and retention.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in hospice or healthcare field.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness to accounts.
• Ability to build personal relationships quickly.
• Effective leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Licensed driver with an insured vehicle and reliable transportation.
• Compassion and integrity for patient care and hospice philosophy.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Familiarity with patient engagement metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and personal care homes.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing sales plans to promote census growth and increase referrals.
• Track referral trends and identify key target marketing opportunities.
• Plan and organize marketing events, host luncheons, and informational sessions.
• Educate key stakeholders about hospice and palliative care.
• Oversee initial patient consent to begin hospice care and ensure documentation is processed.
• Attend weekly meetings to discuss successes, competitor information, and growth opportunities.
• Meet quotas and expectations set by the Director of Business Development.
