What We’re Looking For: Current Missouri LPN license, in good standing At least 1 year of LPN experience in the last 3 years (hospice experience preferred) Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills Schedule: Full-time, 7 days on / 7 days off Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM As an LPN with Haven, you will support our core values of dedication to clarity through honest communication, being accountable and committed, doing what is right not what is easy, being forward focused, working in the same direction and seeking personal and professional growth.

Requirements

Current Missouri LPN license, in good standing
At least 1 year of LPN experience in the last 3 years (hospice experience preferred)
Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
