As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll work directly with hospice Clients, and support them with the following types of activities: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team Delivering compassionate end of life care
Requirements
- Valid LPN License and IV Certification
- Valid ID
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
- FL Clearinghouse Background Check - HB531 | Florida Agency for Health Care Administration
- Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Delivering compassionate end of life care
- Provide 24/7 support to caregivers, ensuring timely assistance and continuous access to resources and guidance
