Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience required.
Graduate of an approved clinical education program and current clinical license in the state of Georgia preferred. Such as RN, LPN, OT or MSW.
Must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience in an acute care setting, hospice care, customer service, sales/marketing role or relevant experience.
Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
Ability to consistently demonstrate a commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics and adhere to the Compliance Program.
