About The Position
Stella Maris is proud to provide central Maryland with compassionate, skilled home hospice care for adults. We specialize in home health care services that enable the patient to adapt and manage his or her medical situation in the comfort of their home. Stella Maris offers home health services to residents of Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Harford County. Stella Maris is looking for Home Hospice RN Case Managers to join their growing Home Hospice team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside dedicated clinicians to meet the needs of clients in the community we serve.
