About The Position
The Sussman House is presently seeking a per diem Hospice/Home Care Aide (CNA) to join their team! Summary: This position is per diem with variable hours. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Hospice/Home Care Aide role performs in-home care tasks required to help maintain and restore the physical, social, and emotional health of patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Current applicable state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Valid Driver's license with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy required.
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- One year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide preferred.
